For every 10 Athlete Pass purchases on your team — bought by you, by them, or any mix — we add a free pass to your pool for a student who can't afford it. The counter never resets, even if passes expire. Because the freshman who needs this most shouldn't be the one who can't have it.

Are all coach accounts really free forever?
Yes. Every coach on your staff — head coach, assistants, volunteer coordinators — gets a free account. No limits on how many. You get the full platform: workout creation, team management, exercise library, compliance view, and even assigning workouts to yourself. No credit card, no trial expiration, no strings.
What’s the difference between bulk and individual pricing?
Bulk pricing is for coaches who purchase annual passes for their team — $24/athlete for 12 months (annual only). Individual pricing is for athletes (or their families) who buy their own pass directly — $28/year (12 months) or $23 for a 9-month season. The 9-month season option is only available for individual purchases.
Can my school purchase order cover Athlete Passes?
Yes. We accept purchase orders for schools and districts. Contact us and we’ll set it up.
When do Athlete Passes expire?
Each bulk pass is valid for 12 months from the date it’s assigned to an athlete. Passes you’ve purchased but haven’t assigned yet don’t expire — the clock starts when you assign them. Individual purchases by athletes expire 12 months (annual) or 9 months (season) from the purchase date. Between seasons, your team data, workouts, and history stay available on the free coach account.
Can individual athletes buy their own pass?
Yes. Athletes or their families can purchase their own pass at $28/year or $23 for a 9-month season. Great for when the team or school can’t cover the cost. If they renew while their current pass is still active, the new period extends from their current expiration date — so they never lose time they’ve already paid for.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. No commitments. Buy passes when you need them, stop when you don’t. Your data is always yours.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link with another coach. For every 10 cumulative Athlete Pass purchases on the referred team, you earn one free Athlete Pass for your own team. The same 10-for-1 model, powered by your network. The counter never resets.
