Health Metrics
Track what workouts can’t tell you.
Health Metrics is an optional module coaches toggle on when they’re ready. Track body composition, recovery markers, aerobic benchmarks, and sport-specific skills — on your schedule, in your preferred units.
All featuresChoose what matters for your athletes
Enable the metrics you care about. Disable the rest. Add your own when the built-in catalog isn’t enough.
Body Composition

Aerobic
VO2Max, Cooper test, 5K time trial
Recovery & Wellness

Skill
Sport-specific skill assessments
Need something specific? Coaches can create custom metric types in any category.
How it works
Four steps from toggle to trend chart.
Coach enables metrics
Toggle on the metrics you want from Team Settings. Choose preferred units — pounds or kilograms, inches or centimeters. Disable everything else.
Set the cadence
Weekly weigh-ins? Monthly body comp? Ad-hoc VO2Max tests? You set the request period per metric. The system tracks when measurements are due.
Athletes self-report (or coaches log)
Athletes enter their own values from any device. Coaches can bulk-enter for the whole roster on testing days — one grid, one session, done.
Trends appear automatically
90-day trend charts, 30-day deltas, and sparkline overviews on the athlete dashboard. See what’s changing before it becomes a problem.

Know who’s measured and who hasn’t
Every metric has a compliance window — how many days early or late a measurement still counts. The system tracks it automatically.
Green means current. Amber means due soon. Red means overdue. No spreadsheets, no guessing.
Coaches see compliance across the whole roster at a glance. Athletes see their own status on the benchmarks page.
